The service provider and operator do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the contents of the "Smart Menu". It specifically declines responsibility for errors or omissions that may appear in the "Smart Menu" software or for damages resulting from the use of the "Smart Menu" software.
The management of the hospitality unit (restaurant) bears full responsibility for the images, videos, descriptions, and other textual content displayed on the "Smart Menu" pages. The service provider and the operator assume no liability whatsoever for the uploaded and published content and do not perform any prior content moderation. The hospitality unit is solely responsible for ensuring the legality of the uploaded content, particularly with regard to compliance with copyright and personal rights. The service provider reserves the right to remove any unlawful or inappropriate content, without prior notice, that is inconsistent with the nature of the "Smart Menu" pages. Uploaded content may only include personal data if it is done lawfully and with the consent of the data subject. Hungarian law shall govern any legal disputes arising from the use of the "Smart Menu".
